How can I inquire as to whether any pipelines are wells are under my property? Actually we sold the property earlier this year, but retained the mineral rights.

I never got payed any royalties, but I suspect that SOMETHING is under the land. If they're going to mess it all up, at least they need to pay everyone what we're all due.
